Description
The Burn Proof Gear Suppressor Cover Heavy is a two-layer thermal barrier built for sustained fire. The outer layer is DuPont Kevlar, rated to 1000°F, which the source material equates to roughly 180 rounds of M855 fired full-auto. The inner liner is fiberglass mesh sleeving rated to 2000°F, providing a second line of defense against direct heat transfer to anything the suppressor contacts.
The cover is sized 0.5" longer than the suppressor it fits. That extra length lets it cinch at both the muzzle end and the mount end, locking the cover in place without clips, straps or secondary retention hardware. At 7" long and 1.5" in diameter, verify your suppressor dimensions before ordering.

What is the tradeoff on sizing?
The cover is designed to fit a suppressor that is 0.5" shorter than the cover itself, meaning a 6.5" suppressor body. If your suppressor is significantly shorter or longer, the cinch fit may not seat correctly. Measure before ordering.
