Description
The Burn Proof Gear Suppressor Cover Heavy is built around a two-layer material system. The outer layer is DuPont Kevlar, rated to 1000 degrees F, which BPG equates to roughly 180 rounds of M855 fired continuously. The inner liner is fiberglass mesh sleeving rated to 2000 degrees F. That inner liner is what separates this from a basic fabric wrap. It handles the radiant heat the Kevlar shell alone cannot.
The cover is designed to run 0.5 inches longer than the suppressor itself. That extra length lets the cover cinch at both the muzzle end and the rear, locking it in place without clamps or hardware. Available in Black and Flat Dark Earth.

Will this fit my suppressor?
This cover is sized at 1.5" diameter and 7.5" length. Verify your suppressor's outer diameter and length before ordering. The design accounts for suppressors at 7" in that diameter class, with the extra 0.5" providing the cinch retention at each end.
What is the difference between the Heavy and a standard suppressor cover?
The Heavy uses a dual-layer construction, Kevlar outer and fiberglass mesh inner, instead of a single-material sleeve. The fiberglass inner raises the liner's thermal ceiling significantly above what Kevlar alone can handle at sustained fire rates.
