Description
The Magpul AFG M-LOK is the third generation of the AFG line, built from the lessons of the original AFG and AFG-2. The goal was the same: position the shooting hand high on the centerline of the bore to reduce muzzle rise and allow faster, more accurate follow-up shots. The execution is leaner. By integrating direct M-LOK attachment into the design rather than using a Picatinny adapter, Magpul cut 3/4 inch off the overall length compared to the AFG-2 while holding onto a similar gripping surface area. The whole assembly, hardware included, comes in at 1.2 ounces.
Construction is high-strength polymer. It mounts directly to M-LOK slots on aluminum or polymer handguards and forends. All required hardware ships with the grip. Made in the U.S.A.
If your rail system is Picatinny only, this grip does not fit. Verify your handguard has M-LOK slots before ordering.

How does the AFG M-LOK differ from a vertical foregrip?
A vertical foregrip positions the hand below the bore axis and indexes the wrist at roughly 90 degrees. The AFG angle places the hand higher and cants the wrist forward, which tends to reduce muzzle flip and keeps the elbow in tighter for better recoil management across sustained strings of fire.
Will this fit a KeyMod or Picatinny rail?
No. This grip attaches directly to M-LOK slots only. It will not fit KeyMod or Picatinny systems without an adapter not included with this product.
