All orders are shipped using USPS. Orders will be shipped out in the order of their reception and product availability. Backordered items will alter this order.
There is no guarantee time of shipment for orders. Orders are shipped out as soon as they are ready.
If there is any issue with your order — including missing items, incorrect items, or items damaged in transit — you must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
After 48 hours, we are no longer responsible for discrepancies or damages and cannot guarantee a resolution.
Please inspect your package promptly upon arrival and contact us with:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photographic evidence (if applicable)
Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may be denied at our sole discretion.
If your tracking number shows the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue, but after 48 hours, we cannot guarantee assistance or replacement.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
For certain high-value or high-risk orders, we reserve the right to request photo identification, photos of the card and/or address verification documents to confirm the identity of the purchaser.
If verification is requested and not provided within a reasonable time frame (typically 3 business days), your order may be canceled and refunded.
