This 3.5mm mic is perfect for use with your amplified hearing protection to create a covert budget comms system. This microphone will allow you to talk using your Baofeng with our 3.5mm conversion. It features independent volume control and a mute button. Simple yet effective. This system has currently been tested using a Baofeng UV-5R with a BTech 3.5mm PTT cable going to Howard Leight Impact Sports, Razor Slims, Pelton Range Guards and MSA Sordins. These are the only systems we can guarantee this setup works with.
