Frequently Asked Questions about the MultiMount Mic
- How strong is the velcro attachment?
- We use 3M DualLock velcro to attach the mic to your headset. This is an extremely strong heavy-duty version of traditional velcro. It's much more likely that the adhesive will tear off before the velcro connection ever breaks.
- What do I need to connect this to my radio?
- You will need a MultiMount Mic PTT to connect this to your radio. Simply select the PTT option you want and select the version that has the connector for your radio.
- Can I use any PTT with the mic?
- We can't guarantee that any PTT except the ones we carry will work with the MultiMount Mic. You may get lucky but success varies from brand to brand.
