Description
The Holosun RAID (Rifle Area Illumination Device) is a long-gun white light built around 1,000 lumens and 80,000 candela. That candela figure is the number that matters at distance. High throw pushes usable light further downrange than a flood-heavy output would, giving you positive target identification at greater range.
The body is 7075 aluminum with an anodized finish and carries an IP68 dust and waterproof rating. Shock resistance is rated to 2,000g, so the light is built to stay functional under hard use on a carbine.
Activation runs two ways: the integrated tail cap button for standalone operation, or the included compact remote switch for pressure-pad placement on the handguard. Both options come in the box. Mounting hardware for 1913 Picatinny rail and M-LOK is also included, as is a single 18650 rechargeable battery.

The 18650 cell powers the output, and like any single-cell light at 1,000 lumens, runtime at full power will be limited. Plan accordingly if this light is going on a duty or home defense rifle where sustained runtime matters.
