Description
The Bootleg BP-C15-D is a complete bolt carrier group built around a four-position adjustable vent system. The carrier vents excess gas pressure rather than sending it back into the action, which matters most on suppressed rifles where dwell time and blowback are real problems. Gas adjustment is made directly on the installed carrier, no removal required.
The carrier is machined from S7 tool steel and finished in Lithium Isonite. S7 is an impact-resistant tool steel commonly used in demanding mechanical applications. The gas key is staked to MIL-SPEC standard and the group is full-auto rated, using standard MIL-SPEC components throughout.
